It can be fully automatic.
Or monitored with checkpoints.
The process can operate fully automatically depending on the rules and risk. When necessary for business, financial, legal or professional reasons, we incorporate human approval points.
I am requesting a security consultation ↗What you should know
before the first conversation.
Do we need to replace our existing software?+
Usually not. Our primary goal is to securely connect the already used CRM, invoicing, ERP, e-mail and document library.
How long does it take to complete an automation?+
The first, well-defined automation can be implemented in as little as 2 weeks. For complex projects involving several systems, we provide an exact schedule after the audit.
Do they only create AI-based solutions?+
Nope. Where rule-based automation solves the task more reliably and cheaply, we use it. AI enters the process only where it provides a real advantage.
How secure are these systems?+
We operate the systems with authorization management, separate accesses, logging, saving and monitoring. The status of bots can be tracked on our own platform; if required, we also provide our own server or client-side installation.
Can I track my bots and data on the platform?+
Yes. On our own platform, you can track bot status, runs, notifications and related data in one place. Access is role-based, so everyone only sees the information relevant to them.
Is the return guaranteed?+
We do not promise guaranteed results without an audit. From the current data, we create an estimate, measurable goals and a verifiable before-after status.

Binder Bence
Founder & CEO
Digital systems · business processes · technology solutions
For more than ten years, I have worked on the design and implementation of digital systems, business processes and technology solutions.
I have always been most interested in turning a business problem into a working technology solution. I do not start from a single technology: first I want to understand how a business operates, where its processes get stuck, where unnecessary manual work is performed and where technology can create real value.
I launched my first business in 2014. For nearly eight years, I led digital projects from idea to implementation, working with Unity-based applications, VR solutions, 3D visualisation and digital product development while managing client projects and turning business concepts into working digital products.
Later, I moved into web systems and increasingly complex enterprise IT projects. I analysed business needs, defined requirements and functional specifications, coordinated development processes, and participated in system testing and implementation. I often acted as the bridge between business needs and technological delivery.
In recent years, I have worked on energy and IT projects involving complex business, technical and data-management processes, the preparation of IT developments, the alignment of business and technical requirements, process improvement and the creation of new digital services.
I continuously expanded my technology knowledge through work with web systems, databases, REST APIs, system integrations, data visualisation, automation and solutions based on large language models.
My strongest skill is not knowledge of a single technology, but the ability to think in systems.
I understand the business problem, break it down into processes, data and system connections, then design how it can be made simpler, faster or automated digitally.
Over the years, I repeatedly saw excellent professionals spend enormous amounts of time on repetitive tasks that properly designed systems could now handle.
This observation was one of the ideas that ultimately led to the founding of MoneyBro.
In September 2026, Molnár András and I created MoneyBro to build digital and automation solutions for businesses that are not only technologically interesting, but commercially meaningful as well.
At MoneyBro, I primarily map business processes and design digital solutions, system integrations and automation.
I do not start by asking what AI can be used for. I start with the question: What should this business no longer be doing manually?
Once we find it, we build the right solution around it.

Molnár András
Co-founder & Managing Director
Technology delivery · system integration · digital workforce
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of enterprise systems, SAP technologies and business processes, in environments where operational stability, traceable data and cooperation between different systems are essential.
I always approach technology delivery from an operational perspective: we are not building an isolated tool, but a process that must perform reliably in everyday use.
I work best where several technologies and business systems meet. My focus includes system architecture, solutions connected to SAP environments, system integration, automated workflows and stable operations.
My goal is not to increase technological complexity, but to make people's work simpler and more predictable through the systems operating in the background.
At MoneyBro, I am responsible for technology delivery, connecting systems, and the secure, traceable operation of digital workforces.
My job is to turn the business concept into a stable operating system with the right integrations, verifiable processes and a technological foundation that can be built on for the long term.
