Purpose and legal basis of processing
The Data Controller processes personal data submitted through the website for the purposes of responding to enquiries, handling requests for quotations, contacting prospective clients and communicating about MoneyBro services.
Depending on the nature of the enquiry, processing is based on the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or, where the enquiry concerns steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Depending on the information provided, the Data Controller may process:

- subject of the enquiry;

MoneyBro's contact e-mail address is hello.moneybro@gmail.com. Personal data and message content submitted by e-mail may therefore be processed through Google's systems in connection with the provision of the e-mail service.
Personal data is made available to service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the service and handle communications.
Cookies and technical data
The server may process technical information necessary for the secure and proper operation of the website, including IP addresses, request timestamps, browser or device information and server logs.
If MoneyBro introduces non-essential analytics, marketing or other cookies in the future, appropriate information will be provided and consent will be requested where required.
